1. AREA OF APPLICATION
Petit Mai with registered office in Fribourg (here in after Petit Mai) is an online dealership with leather moccasins and other children accessories. These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders placed on the website http://www.petitmai.ch The Parties shall only be bound by the Terms & Conditions which are online the day the order is placed.
2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
Online Orders are placed in the shop. The order is binding when the terms and conditions have been agreed to and the BUY-button has been pushed. Through this a completed and legally binding sales contract is concluded. After receiving your order an e-mail confirming the order will be sent to you.
3. DELIVERY AND SALE CONDITIONS
After the order confirmation, we will send the ordered articles to the address declared by you in a nice package. The usual delivery time is 3-10 workdays.
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. In general the articles offered in the online shop are available. Should it not be possible to deliver one or more articles due to stock variation Petit Mai will inform you about the circumstances as quickly as possible and offer you comparable articles. If none of these appeal to you, the amount due will be reimbursed.
Our retail prices are calculated ex-stock and are stated in Swiss Francs including legal value-added tax and excluding shipping charges.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For deliveries in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein shipping costs are CHF 7. Orders with goods valued above CHF CHF 200 no shipping costs will be charged.
For deliveries in Europe shipping costs are CHF 12. Orders with goods valued above CHF 200, no shipping costs will be charged. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import customs and duty charges if incurred. Your order will be shipped without tracking. Please leave a note at the check out if you wish to have your order sent with international tracking.
Rest oft the world
For deliveries in all other countires shipping costs are CHF 20. Orders with goods valued above CHF 250, no shipping costs will be charged. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import customs and duty charges if incurred. Your order will be shipped without tracking. Please leave a note at the check out if you wish to have your order sent with international tracking.
Made to order
All our products are handmade by us to order. For this reason please allow 3 to10 working days for your order to be completed ready for shipping. Please leave a note if you need a quicker delivery.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
For orders in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein the following payment methods are available: invoice, credit card, pay pal and twint. Orders from abroad can only be paid for by credit card and pay pal.
For payment on invoice you will receive the invoice per e-mail and by mail. The invoice is due within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. In comparison to other payment methods, there are no surcharges with this method of payment.
7.2 CREDIT CARD (E-PAYMENT)
Orders can also be paid for by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) through the safe payment system STRIPE. Possible fees from the credit card company may be charged to you.
7.3. PAYMENT DEFAULT
In case of payment default we are entitled to charge a default interest of 10% a year plus a surcharge of CHF 10.00 after the 2. dunning letter. Dunning letters and invoices will be sent to you by e-mail. In case of payment default Petit Mai is entitled to assign the claim and incurring costs of the debtor to third parties. The right to claim further compensation remains reserved.
8. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are vouchers, which you can purchase.You can pay for your order with a voucher from Petit Mai. To do so, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order. A gift voucher can only be redeemed prior to the completion of the order process, and only to the full amount.
The amount of the voucher is predetermined. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are transferable.
A cash payment is excluded.
9. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
Promotional vouchers are vouchers, which cannot be purchased, but which we issue in connection with advertising campaigns. Promotional vouchers are only redeemable under the terms and conditions referred therein, from the respective recipient, in the specified period and only once per person. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotions.
The value of goods must be at least equal to the amount of the voucher. The difference to a higher value of the goods is to be offset with the offered possibilities of payment. Promotional vouchers are neither paid out in cash, nor do they accrue interest.
Reimbursements of promotional vouchers for the partial or total return of the ordered products is excluded. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed prior to the completion of the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher is not transferable and may not be combined with other promotional vouchers. Should you have used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods, which you have retained, if – due to your cancellation- the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.
10. RETENTION OF TITLE
The ordered products remain property of Petit Mai until they have been fully paid for.
11. REVOCATION RIGHT/RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days after receiving the merchandise, through returning the merchandise with a reason for return. Returning the merchandise is to your responsibility and costs.
The articles must be returned in the original unglued and undamaged packaging. Only immaculate, completely intact and unworn articles will be taken back. Particularly worn, dirty, damaged or badly smelling products can’t be taken back. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert compensation claims.

The value of the returned article can be deducted from the total amount due. If the total amount has already been transferred to Petit Mai, you can choose between a cash or voucher reimbursement. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
12. DELIVERY DEFECTS
We ask you to examine the correctness, completeness and intactness of received articles. Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect delivery and quantity deviations are to be reported to us within 5 working days after receipt, per e mail. Shortcomings will be examined by Petit Mai immediately, If Petit Mai accepts the shortcoming, and the article is still in stock, you will receive a replacement and shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise the full amount will be reimbursed.
